We at Apex Healthcare Personnel were pleased to have partnered with the Durham Community Health Centre for the launch of The East Region Virtual Care Clinic!
Durham Community Health Centre will serve as the East Region Hub for this Ministry of Health-funded program designed to deliver a Nurse Practitioner-led virtual care clinic that works with local healthcare providers to ensure patients can access more timely care.
This virtual online clinic is available to all residents of Ontario Ministry of Health’s East Region.
Our Nurse Practitioners are extremely qualified and deliver clinical services to equity-deserving members of the Durham community. Apex Healthcare Personnel is proud of this collaboration with Durham Community Health Centre.
